Our locally farmed chicken are ethically raised, grain-fed, free-roam, always completely natural.  This means 100% free of any hormones, drugs, anti-biotics or additives of any kind.  The poultry is authentically air-chilled and live the longest lives by industry standards, then vacuum-sealed and flash-frozen within hours of processing.  Bringing you the freshest product.  You will taste the difference every time.   

OUR PREMIUM FISH AND SEAFOOD:

Our global procurement team source the finest, freshest fish and seafood from all corners of the world, always with sustainability at top of mind.  As much as we adore wild fish and seafood, our oceans are becoming depleted of some species.  The Family-run farms from which our seafood comes, is first rate and practices safely and ethically.  This includes working with government and NGO inspected facilities and socially responsible processors.  Everything is flash-frozen in the shortest time-span possible to bring you the best of the season.  

OUR WAGYU BEEF:

This luxurious breed of cattle from Japan and now raised in Canada is unrivalled in it’s delicious taste and highly marbled texture.  We are talking about cattle raised in free-range and grass-fed under strict no-stress conditions.  This results in beef which may convert you forever.  You don’t know the meaning of sweet-umami until you’ve tasted our Wagyu beef.
